LEGAL :- All disputes with respect to the Programs and Courses conducted by Indian Industrial Development and Business Implementing Institute-iidbii and all services and content (both online and offline) provided by them, shall be subject to the Jurisdiction of Dhanbad-Jharkhand Courts alone. All disputes pertaining to iidbii Programs and Courses will be resolved by iidbii at its sole discretion. Decision of iidbii in this regard shall be final and binding on the Candidate / Students.
